How should I travel between locations?

  • You can take Ubers/Lyfts/Taxis, but please try to carpool with others on the team when ​going to and from the hotel, office and airport (if possible and as schedules allow)
    • Share your travel details in this Box note to coordinate carpooling with other team ​members as feasible.

How do I check in to the hotel?

  • For team members staying at the Marriott, when checking in, please provide your name and reference our ASPCA block
  • You’ll be asked to provide ID and a credit card to hold for incidentals, but you will not be charged for your room. All hotel rooms have already been paid for.

What should I bring?

  • Smart casual attire (including jeans) for meetings
  • Closed-toe shoes/sneakers and long pants required for shadowing, as you may interact with dogs
  • A sweater or jacket, as temperatures in the building and conference rooms can vary
  • An umbrella in case of rain
